D-Day Minus One
Saturday was an early trip to Camp Edwards to pick up Charlotte, and then a stop to pick up the RV. The rest of the day was spent loading.
Around 4:00 we realized that we have more to do than time. We set a drop dead shutdown of 10:00 PM. The original plan was to pull out at 4:00 AM on Sunday so that we could take our time on the drive and pull in late afternoon.
That did not look like it was going to happen.
Amazing how much time it takes to pull a family of 5 together for being on the road for 4 weeks. We called it a night around 10:30. Wendy still had not done the grocery shopping and both of us had just started to pull our clothes together. Everything else is done. Everyone has a spot for their things and the things are in their place.
