D-Day Minus 4

On Wednesday we started pulling stuff together and then did our big shops at Target and Costco. We picked up the RV in the evening. The drive from St. Charles was a bit hairy. Getting used to piloting a 30 foot RV between construction on 294 and the Semi’s doing 70 gave me some white knuckles. We parked it over at Wendy’s sister’s house as we are not allowed to have it in the street overnight. I did not want to try our driveway until I was sure we would have no cars around. Got it backed into her drive on the first shot. All those years backing up boats sure helped.
